Planning permission overview

Utilising Padel Tech's in-house planning expertise, which draws upon years of experience, allows us to manage the whole planning process on behalf of our client. The key objective is to secure a planning permission on a timely basis.

Following our initial site survey, we will provide our planning assessment. An overall strategy will then be agreed with the client.  We will then request a pre-application meeting with the local Council to formally discuss our client's Padel court proposals with the objective of obtaining a positive response. All necessary technical surveys to accompany the planning application will then be commissioned, before the planning application is submitted alongside Design/Access and Planning Statements.

All plans and drawings are generated in-house which further helps to speed up the process response time and minimise cost.  

The overall objective is to seamlessly manage the whole process from site survey through to delivery and future court maintenance.
